Please ensure all footwear is returned in its original, undamaged designer box to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy mailing box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you retain your proof of postage.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
